When launched, Apple TV Plus had only 9 programs but right now there are 50+ different shows. Focused on fresh and original content, Apple TV Plus has very little content compared to other streaming giants such as Disney Plus and Netflix. However, Apple is adding more content every month and also has begun licensing of few old programs.
Some of the shows on Apple TV Plus are really worth watching. These shows are hardly a season with a maximum of ten episodes so you can finish the list by taking a monthly subscription. Let’s look at those 10 Best Shows on Apple TV Plus.
1) Ted Lasso
S1: 10 Episodes
S2: 12 Episodes
Ted Lasso is one of my favorite series on Apple TV Plus. It is about Ted Lasso, who is basically from America and has zero knowledge about the European Football Association but gets recruited to coach an English Premier League team, AFC Richmond club. The show is full of fun with Ted’s lenience about the game but he earns everyone’s love and trust by being a positive person. He ignores the negative comments, avoids haters, appreciates the underdogs, and focuses on his job. Ted Lasso is an Emmy award-winning comedy show but I’m sure it makes you emotional.
Ted Lasso’s character was originally created for NBC Sports Premier League Promos. Ted Lasso has won Emmy awards for both season one and season two and thus creating history for winning back-to-back Emmy awards in the section of the comedy series.
